**Wigs are bleached, customized, lace is tinted. Please let me know in the notes sections right before you pay* if baby hair is needed or no baby hair, any curling styles: crimp curls, barrel curls.
Shipping and Handling
Refunds: All sales are final no refunds unless I am at fault.
Sales tax is 7% for all Miami orders and automatically updated for other states and their specified tax rate.
Shipping choices: Shipping is available for those in the USA for a minimal fee of $12: Fedex or $9: USPS, expressed shipping is $29.32, Miami dade drop off fee is $5, Broward drop off fee is $7, and location pick up is available and free of charge: location will be disclosed after payment is accepted.
Processing and receiving: Local orders within Miami as far as shipping your hair to me (Bring your own bundles deal), or dropping off your own hair to me takes 2-5 business days to construct.
Hair supplied by me and ordered directly online will be processed between 1-3 business days and then you should receive your order in the next 5-14 business days.
All online orders placed after 3 p.m. eastern time will be processed the next business day.
There may be delays in shipment due to COVID-19, extreme weather conditions, holidays, and catastrophe (such as COVID-19, hurricanes, etc.
Once items are shipped, the carrier involved (Fedex) is in possession it is beyond my control and there is absolutely nothing I can do. There is insurance covered onto the packages up to $50.
